The Intruder Alarm systems we install have a remote diagnostics capability that enables us to diagnose, isolate, reprogram and reset your system in real time without an engineer site visit. This system reduces equipment downtime, maintenance costs, waiting time for staff and allows us to solve 80% of fault in the first instance.

We offer a wide range of CCTV solutions from small domestic systems with a remote viewing capability, through to high end multi-site systems monitored via certified alarm receiving centres utilising sophisticated video analytics. All of our NVR’s and cameras are high definition, and they can be accessed via a free IOS/Android application for remote viewing and control using a mobile device or tablet.

Our Access Control Systems ensure that your business remains secure by utilising stand-alone or networked solutions, with the latest in biometric fingerprint and facial scanning software along with audio or video door entry systems. Paxton Access Control can be integrated into other systems on site such as fire alarm system and lift controls to ensure that staff and visitors can safely exit the building in an emergency situation.

It is a requirement to provide and maintain emergency lighting systems in non-domestic properties, as well as for communal areas in multiple occupancy housing which will operate automatically in the event of a power outage.

Chaser Technical Services offer a complete design, supply, installation, commissioning, testing and maintenance service for Emergency Lighting to: BS. 5266-1 2016 and are the UK approved installation and commissioning engineers for the Mackwell N-Light intelligent self-test emergency lighting systems.

For new installations and system alterations, our team of in-house designers will ensure that there is sufficient emergency lighting coverage to meet the current standard requirements, ensuring your staff and visitors are able to safely exit the building in the event of an emergency.

The CTS installation/commissioning team will ensure that all requirements of the design specifications are met within the agreed timescales and will be supervised by one of our project managers.

CTS offer emergency lighting testing and maintenance contracts for our own and third party installed systems to ensure their ongoing reliability and functionality on a 24/7 basis, 365 days a year with national coverage.
